How much will my shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the type and number of products you are purchasing. We have a flat fee for your first item and a reduced fee for each additional item of the same type.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping times will vary depending on your selected product. Most fulfilments will take 3 to 7 days to process and shipping will take from 2 to 14 business days after fulfilment. However, you should allow up to 21 days to receive your purchase before contacting us with any queries.
I'm not happy with my order, how do I arrange a refund or return an item?
Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us as soon as you’re aware of the issue with your item. Please do not return your item until you have contacted us.
