Ros Heit
Chair
Ros is an experienced director with diverse board experience across the not for profit, public and private sectors.
Ros is the local South Burnett Local Councillor for this region and runs a small farm with her husband in nearly Wooroolin.   She was previously Area Manager for Uniting Care and has a passion for rural and regional communities and promoting and developing our region. She is on the board of Business and Rural Solutions Queensland and Burnett
Inland Economic Development Organisation as well as Event Director for the Wondai Country Running Festival which attracts over 600 runners annually to Wondai for the weekend event.

Winston Burrows
Vice Chair
Winston Burrows was born in Wondai and has dedicated his life to his community. He has been a driving force behind Crow FM since its early days, serving on the Board for over 20 years and currently holding the position of Vice Chair. His steady leadership and deep local knowledge have helped shape the station’s direction and strengthen its connection with the South Burnett region.
Winston spent much of his working life as a BP fuel distributor before running his own backhoe and truck business for over two decades. He and his wife Margaret raised their two children in Wondai, and they now enjoy spending time with their four grandchildren.
Beyond Crow FM, Winston remains actively involved in local organisations, holding life memberships and leadership roles including Patron of the Wondai Show Society and President of the Wondai Laurels. His lifelong service reflects a deep pride in his hometown and an unwavering commitment to community.

Matthew McCauley
Board Secretary
Matthew McCauley serves as the Board Secretary of CROW FM 90.7, bringing a strong background in agriculture and community leadership to the station. As an Agronomist with Nutrien Ag Solutions in Murgon, Matthew combines his professional expertise with a passion for rural development and community engagement.
Originally from Bathurst, NSW, Matthew relocated to Wondai, QLD, after completing his Bachelor of Agriculture at the University of New England. His commitment to regional development is further demonstrated through his role as Secretary of the Burnett Inland Economic Development Organisation (BIEDO) and his active participation in executive committees of local sporting organisations.

Felicity Jorgensen
Board Member
Felicity Jorgensen is a dedicated community leader, educator, and proud member of the Crow FM Board. Based in Wondai, she brings over 25 years of experience as a registered teacher and holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Southern Queensland. Felicity is actively involved in youth development through her role as a Level 1 Coach with South Burnett Little Athletics and is a long-time member and Chief Steward of the Wondai Show Society.
Her community involvement also includes volunteering with parkrun, the Wondai Lutheran Church, and the Wondai Country Running Festival. Born in the South Burnett and now living on a local farm with her husband, Felicity is deeply connected to the region. She is passionate about fostering strong, supportive communities and continues to contribute meaningfully to the growth and vitality of Wondai and the wider South Burnett.
